Croft HA is a not-for-profit organisation based on Prescot Road in Liverpool. Established in 2012, Croft HA was established to promote individuals access to basic necessities such as shelter. Initially Croft HA provided services for a small number of vulnerable adults and as the organisation has developed we continue to strive to reduce the risk of homelessness in Merseyside for vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals. Our staff work closely with our tenants to provide housing related support.
This includes:
- Aiding homeless people to secure appropriate accommodation.
- Preventing homelessness.
- Working with service users to successfully manage their tenancies.
- Working with service users in developing structured support plans.
- Working in partnership with other professionals and support agencies covering a wide range of support needs.
- Empowering the individual and promote independence.
